A four-day medical conference needed to be really ready for the registration, billing, and ongoing information needs of 3,000 attendees.
VoiceHive custom built a full scale registration site accommodating access for different types of attendees, 40 different promo codes, and processing of exhibitor registration and payments with seamless desktop and mobile access. Event organizers could update conference information and content simply, and in real time for all attendees.
We included a variety of payment gateways to ensure registrants had options. Our interactive agenda helped guests tailor their conference experience by learning about and scheduling sessions.
For the organizers, we created tools to meet distinct customer service needs, provided special "invite only" links to support special pricing, and gave access to data reports on attendance, revenue, and benchmarks from the previous year. We also increased server capacity to carry extra traffic on discount deadline dates.
